Rules & Regulations
ALL RIDERS MUST WEAR A REGULATION HELMET WHILE MOUNTED ON THE SHOW
GROUNDS
- Entry Fees are $8.00 per class, excluding the Karlynn Equestrian Hunter
Classic which will be $15.00 a class. Entry fees will not be refunded for
failure to show and there will be no refunds once the class has started.
- Ribbons will be awarded to 6th place and for Champion and Reserve
Champion.
- Show organizers reserve the right to cancel or combine classes and make
changes as conditions require. Refunds will not be issued to riders who can't
accommodate the changes.
- No Protests are allowed.
- Proper show attire and turnout are appreciated.
- All decisions made by the judge are final and cannot be disputed.
- Please use the designated beginner or intermediate/open warm-up areas only
- Hard hats with harness must be worn at all times. It is recommended that
headgear meeting the applicable ASTM standard and displaying SEI seal be worn
by all competitors while mounted on the show grounds. Harness must be secured
and properly fitted. It is the responsibility of the rider, or in the case of a
junior, the parent or guardian, to see that the headgear worn complies with
such standards and is properly fitted and in good condition, The organizing
committee and directors of the London Horsemanship Club are not responsible
for checking headgear.
- Entries will not be accepted without proper signatures and payment.
Numbers will not be given without full payment.
- Numbers must be worn at all times when mounted.
- All dogs must be kept on a leash.
- Stalls are not available for use. A fine of $25 will be charged to the
perpetrator should a stall be found in use.
- Cleaning up after your horse or pony is mandatory; please spread manure
following the deposit by your equine. The Ilderton Fair Board insists the
ground be left clean.
- All riders, competing or not, must purchase a membership and sign a waiver
form.
Liability:
The London Horsemanship Club, its executive, volunteers, helpers, and the
Ilderton Fair Board accept no responsibility, and are not liable for any
personal injuries, injuries to horses, and damage or loss of personal property
while on the fair grounds.
