RING 2: INTERMEDIATE/OPEN RING

The Intermediate Rider division is open to all riders who have not shown CEF permit, Trillium, or "A" circuit shows prior to January 1, 2010. Fence height will be 2'0" for ponies and 2'3" for horses, max. All shows will begin with ponies (2'0") first. Champion and Reserve Champion prizes donated by Tenk Machine and Tool Company.

• Hunter Over Fences (different course)
• Equitation Over Fences
• Hunter Under Saddle
• Equitation on the Flat

Intermediate Rider Champion and Reserve Champion Award Presentation

Equitation riders will ride back for their ribbon. Riders over fences will jog their mounts past the judge for soundness. Any rider under 18 years of age must wear a regulation helmet when jogging a horse/pony into the ring for a ribbon. Classes may be run back-to-back at the discretion of the LHC.

Any conflicts between rings are to notify the entry booth when registering and the ring staff before the beginning of the class.

ALL RIDERS MUST WEAR A REGULATION HELMET WHILE MOUNTED ON THE SHOW GROUNDS.
