A walk-trot division open to riders of all ages who have never competed over fences prior to January 1, 2010. Competitors may be lead in all classes but may not enter into any other division. Champion and Reserve Champion prizes donated by Tenk Machine and Tool Company. Best Turned Out Class prize sponsored by Phil Hauser - Sterling Mutuals Inc.

• Walk, Trot: judged as hack
• Walk, Trot: judged as equitation

Champion and Reserve Champion Award Presentation

Riders entered in beginner divisions will not be permitted to enter other divisions.

Equitation riders will ride back for their ribbon. Riders over fences will jog their mounts past the judge for soundness. Any rider under 18 years of age must wear a regulation helmet when jogging a horse/pony into the ring for a ribbon.

Martingales and safety vests will be allowed in all beginner classes.

ALL RIDERS MUST WEAR A REGULATION HELMET WHILE MOUNTED ON THE SHOW GROUNDS.
